Robert Kulick, Senior Manager

Robert B. Kulick is a Senior Manager at Empiris LLC.

Mr. Kulick has provided extensive support for clients involved in antitrust litigation. Recently, he has served as case manager on two class-action suits brought on behalf of direct purchasers in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries that were certified.

Within the telecommunications industry, he has performed extensive empirical analysis of the Universal Service Fund and participated in regulatory proceedings on behalf of Verizon in Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and New York.

In addition, Mr. Kulick’s article, "Do Real Estate Agents Compete on Price, Evidence from Seven Metropolitan Areas," co-authored with Dr. Ann Schnare, was published in House Markets and the Economy, a volume of economic essays on the Housing market compiled in honor of Karl E. Case.

Before joining Empiris, Mr. Kulick conducted research on the SSRI antidepressants’ marginal effect on labor market outcomes and the Earned Income Tax Credit’s effect on minority labor force participation.

Mr. Kulick earned an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and graduated magna cum laude.
